NORDIC IMPACT If Nordic banks, telcos, and public services adopt Presence, the customer relationship will be mediated by a foreign platform. The platform will own the voice, the memory, the escalation path, and the improvement loop. Nordic builders will be reduced to policy writers and data providers.
